I help others achieve bigger results from their online presence by developing online strategies, activating their digital platforms and ensuring their communications are running at optimum.

What products/services do you offer?

Content Creation

Crafting engaging content consistently for socials, blogs, websites, press releases, articles and any area a business needs to engage their customers and communicate their business’s message.

Public Relations

Consistent communications with your customers are the lifeline of your business, building and maintaining loyal customers is vital for success and very rewarding. After performing a “Brand Discovery” which outlines what it is about the business that makes it unique, including core values and beliefs, we define your ideal customers and how to help them.

Social Media Strategies

Many businesses have recognised the awesome value and benefit in Social Media marketing.
Social Media drives leads and sales and boosts your online reputation. What you post on your Social channels is the foundation for all your other Social Media marketing so creating a solid content strategy is critical. Working with our Digital Marketing Strategist we can develop and implement a strategy specific to your business needs.

Design and Branding

Visual content has a lasting effect on us humans. Whether it’s your landing pages, Facebook Ads or website, what your audience sees is what they will remember. Make sure it’s consistent, compelling and gets your message across.

Media Relations

Strengthen your brand and image with editorial articles, interviews or Press Releases. Generate awareness about your brand, services or products.

I utilise my valued relationships to support your growth and reach your audience organically and sustainably.

Why did you start your business and how long have you been running it?

I saw a need in the market for helping small businesses around me utilise their available platforms to market their businesses and create meaningful and direct communications with their customers which would grow their business in an organic and sustainable way. A lot of them were not utilising these avenues, or doing it poorly either due to lack of time or understanding. I wanted to use my skills to help connect businesses and their audiences and networks to create and embrace a new paradigm in business. I have been working both freelance and contracting to companies for many years but last year created Atmosphere Byron Bay.

What struggles do you think most businesses face in your industry and what would you say they need to do to overcome them?

Across the board I think most of us in business struggle with time and most business owners find it difficult to be doing everything including their communications and social media. These areas often get put last because they are so busy working in their businesses but communications are vitally important and a crucial part of your customer service. Additionally this new media space is of great benefit to business, especially now direct selling from many platforms is in place. The benefits and extra ways of reaching your customers is now more than ever, vitally important.

What we are seeing with this current situation is that it is online businesses that are managing to stay afloat and in contact and the ones who are not focussing on their online activities are being forced to address these areas and find ways to operate.
