I help people discover what lies within them as a human with enormous potential. We do this through different human learning styles from our online programme platform, our soon to be launched Ego app and live events. Life without adventure is pretty darn unfulfilled!

What products/services do you offer?

Life Coaching for groups, businesses and individuals. Online or face to face.

Soon to be launched app for social interaction to assist with connection and life adventure.

Why did you start your business and how long have you been running it?

2015 was the grand opening.

I started because I saw a need for people who were stuck in a life hole and didn’t see for themselves a way out.

I broke away from a very unhealthy relationship which included family abuse. I was stuck.

Diving into the past is triggering, yet with our life coaching methods our clients come out stronger, more resilient, happier and clearer on what some of their life purposes really mean.

What struggles do you think most businesses face in your industry and what would you say they need to do to overcome them?

Life Coaching is flooded. Everyone wants to help everyone else. From my own view, I feel many coaching businesses operate out of pressure to conform rather than true passion and desire to help others, from a really good place.

Saying no to a life of control and finding the strength to leave, with my children by my side.
