What lessons have you learnt during your time as an entrepreneur?

So many!. To have confidence in ourselves,  we’ve learnt  to ‘just go for it’,  we’ve learnt to interview people in person and remotely, to ask for help ,we’ve learnt to ask for collaboration and ask for what we’re worth.

What key tips for success in business would you like to share with others?

We’re learning as  we go so we’d rather learn from others than offer advice at this early stage of our game.

What is the one thing that you want everyone to take away from this post?

Planning a snow holiday is totally ‘doable’, you need to fine tune what you want out of the holiday first, what’s important to you (skier/ non-skier/ beginner/ mixed ability group/ gay travellers/ nutritional requirements/special needs) then work backwards from there. It should not be compromised or stressful.
