I’m a sex and intimacy coach and I guide couples and individuals to awaken their sexual self and feel more empowered in the relationship with their own body and sexuality, so they can experience the sex, pleasure and intimacy they deserve and desire.

I’m passionate about helping people getting out of their head and into their body, reignite spark in their relationships, give people permission to love and accept themselves so they can experience deeper connections and ultimate sexual pleasure and wellbeing.

Pleasure is our birthright and everyone deserves a fulfilling sex life free from shame, guilt and any negative emotions.

What products/services do you offer?

I offer one-on-one coaching online, face to face in Sydney, workshop and events.

Why did you start your business and how long have you been running it?

I started a year ago and I have always had a passion for helping people living their life to full potential. Love, mindfulness, communication, sex and intimacy have always been a passion of mine and I’m on a mission to create a body and sex positive world where we can have an open, healthy conversation about sex and relationship.

What struggles do you think most businesses face in your industry and what would you say they need to do to overcome them?

We are having big challenges with social media due to the work we do around human sexuality. We are not allowed to advertise or promote so we are all struggling to reach out and share the work we do.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?

I always feel an enormous amount of gratitude every time a client contacts me afterwards and tell me that I saved their relationship or changed their life for the better. There is no greater accomplishment than impact someone’s wellbeing and guide them to a happier, more fulfilling sex life and life in general.

What has been your biggest ‘fail’ so far?

Trying to do everything myself. I wasted so much time trying to do my own website, logo, design of different things and so on. Outsource is the key when you can. I also believe there is a huge amount of growth happening when you have to try to do everything alone in the beginning before you have the money or are able to outsource.

What do you love most about your business?

That I transform people’s life, creating healthy, happy, liberated human beings, save marriages and empower people to love themselves for who they are with and without clothes.

What do you find most challenging?

Social media. I get so much positive feedback and it’s very rewarding reading about the impact my content have on others peoples way of thinking, feeling and their relationship so I feel its such a shame I can’t reach out in the same way as other businesses. I feel the work I do is very important in the world we live in today so it can be quite frustrating being shadow banned when all I do is trying to create body and sex positive inspiration and share real sex education. I also believe that there is still so much taboo, stigma and negative emotions around sex that it sometimes makes it hard for people to reach out for the help they need.

How do you promote your business (please include as many details as you can)?

Social media as much as I can. I love networking and go to as many events, workshops and courses as I can. I will also try to spend more time or money on my SEO.

What business skills do you have (eg. graphic design, customer service)?

Sex and intimacy coaching, Life coaching and Customer service.

What software did you/your designer use to create your website (eg. WordPress, Wix)?

WordPress.

What are some of your favourite business tools and apps?

I like Plann for instagram, linktr.ee, Pinterest for inspiration.

What do you like about your website and what’s not working for you?

I like that it’s bright and easy to navigate and find the information you need. I would love more options in the future to run my own webinars/workshops.

What lessons have you learnt during your time as an entrepreneur?

Just get it done! Don’t try to make things perfect or spend too much time thinking about things. Just try, you either fail and learn or succeed. There are always opportunities to try again and improve next time. Moving forward is more important than getting everything right. Outsource as much as you can. There is no point spending time and energy trying to do things alone when someone else can do it in a blink of an eye and it turns out much better.

What key tips for success in business would you like to share with others?

Stay in your own lane and never give up. You have to keep going even when it feels like everything is falling apart. Ask for help! People are happy to help and as you know it feels good helping others so don’t be afraid to ask for help, opinions and ideas but in the end of the day you have to trust your own intuition.

What is the one thing that you want everyone to take away from this post?

There is nothing more fulfilling in life than listening to what your soul is calling for and living a life on purpose. There is no difference between you or any other entrepreneur so you can succeed with your business if you are willing to put in the work. Being real and authentic always wins. We are all unique so there is no competition.
