Why did you start your business and how long have you been running it?
After 3 decades of working in both corporate and governement and in various roles I started my business to fill the leadership communication gap.I see potential in every human being I meet and I truly believe that we are not fully formed, rather, we are all a work in progress. There is potential in each and every one of us to learn and grow even more.
What struggles do you think most businesses face in your industry and what would you say they need to do to overcome them?
Great question. the biggest challenge is that most leaders have this belief that developing self and others is not a primary part of the job.
As a result, developing and mentoring others doesn’t usually take precedence, yet it can be a critical part of company growth.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
There are a few but one that stands out for me the most is during my tenure as a Front of House Leader for one of Australias Largest Govt departments. The team was dysfunctional and struggling to meet KPI. I implemented my RESET Your Thinking system turning the team around, achieving great results, even more than that, working together, collaboratively as a team
What has been your biggest ‘fail’ so far?
I don’t believe anything is a fail. I believe everything is a work in progress. I see what doesn’t work, learn from it, improve it and innovate. I have no regrets.
